tiramisu overnight oats

life is short and it's the little things that make your day brighter. and for me that is being able to eat one of my favorite desserts for breakfast. and if you've been a part of the mello universe you already know I am a HOE (respectfully) for tiramisu.



here’s how I made your new favorite breakfast:

makes: 4 servings


  1. in a large bowl, mix 1 1/2c rolled oats + 1/2 cup chia seeds + 2 cups Greek yogurt + 1/2 cup coffee/coldbrew + 1/2 milk + 1/4cup maple syrup + 1tb cocoa powder.

  2. let it thicken in the fridge for 1hr 

  3. for the cream topping: whip 1 small container cream cheese + 1 small container marscapone + 1/2c powdered sugar + 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  4. fill 4 small jars: add oats then cream topping & dust with cocoa powder 

  5. store in the fridge for the week
