on this episode of $10 or less dinners we are making lasagna soup. I love this recipe because it has all the amazing flavors you know and love, without all the prep and effort it takes to make a lasagna. I thought it would be a fun idea to make this recipe easy to modify depending on our preferences or budget.

the logical first episode of this series was to "upgrade" the grocery store ramen packet. my thought process was to try and make this staple and crazy affordable meal a bit heartier and I think I did just that.
