has been shamed into spending money to "fix" something naturally occuring on bodies
wants to take care of themselves but isn't sure where to start and doesn't want to subscribe to any toxic wellness b.s.
**BIG WELLNESS:** A silly little goofy pet name I have for the capitalist beast that feeds off the insecurities it creates, while simultaneously shaming its followers into sticking to a rigorous and expensive list of demands — all in an effort to be "well."

me too, and it's really fricken sucks...
point blank, taking care of yourself shouldn't make you feel like sh*t.
and it's shouldn't be some wild, ground breaking concept that the focus of self care should be around life quality and feeling your best.
but the corporate wellness world doesn't make money that way. multi-million dollar marketing departments are working overtime pumping out so much toxic garbage on the daily. not a PTO days in sight.
and we are beyond done with it.
so we are going to tell you exactly what your bestie told you about your last situationship, you deserve better.

I like to think of mello as a virtual slumber party - a place where you can get cozy with your closest besties and yap about everything and anything. nothing is off limits -- it's a judgement free zone where your babes keep it real with you, hype you up at all times, and are just be there for you.
