meet your new breakfast bestie 🌿✨ you can top your yogurt, grab a handful on the go, throw it in a bowl with some milk, or inhale it right out of the job while you binge-watch the same comfort show you've seen 10 times. Plus, it's stupid easy to make, and a total kitchen slay!
makes: 2 cups of granola
skill level: this could literaly be the first thing you've ever made
prep time: 10 minutes
cook time: 15 minutes

stay tuned, because we're about to dive into the green, crunchy, and oh-so-sweet world of matcha granola magic. 💚
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats (the backbone of the group)
- 1 cup chopped almonds (for that crunch)
- 1/8 cup matcha powder (hello, energy!)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (tangy and sweet, yes please)
- 1 pinch of salt (just a smidge)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (honey works too)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (the magic glue)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (snacky snacky yum yum)
LET'S COOK
1. preheat party: First things first, crank up that oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it get hot.
2. mix-a-thon: In a big bowl, toss together everything except the white chocolate chips. Use a spoon, use your hands – whatever gets the job done.
3. spread the love: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture out evenly. Press it down a bit so it all sticks together.
4. bake off: Pop your masterpiece in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and making your kitchen smell amazing.
5. we love a patient queen: Let the granola cool completely. I know, waiting is the worst, but you don’t want to melt the white chocolate chips.
6. chocolatey goodness: Once it’s cool, mix in those white chocolate chips. Then break it into pieces and get ready to munch!
