this might be my favorite coldfoam of all time, top 3 for sure. I could be biased because I am an absolute slut for tiramisu. this recipe starts by making a coffee syrup then adding into heavy cream with 2 more important tiramisu components: marscapone & cocoa powder. make enough for one drink or batch make it for the week for the BEST latte topper you've had.

the story that you usually have to scroll past to get to the recipe
i've made this coldfoam a few times but 100% perfected the recipe during a very fun meal prep party. it's very tough for me to try and pick a favorite coldfoam, but i love this combination soo much this is may truly be my favorite. and sure, I could have blended a piece of tiramisu but I have to keep you all on your toes and switch it up every now and then.
here are some drinks I will be using this coldfoam on:
my standard coldbrew latte
tiramisu & coke dirty soda
hot cocoa topping would be delicious too!
